Grandpa Cooper vistis Baby Grey!

This past week we had some more visitors from Michigan to come see Greyson! Justin's dad, and his wife Jacquelyn came on friday of last week and stayed up til today. In addition to getting some good Greyson time, they also got to experience the best of Colorado (Coors, downtown Denver, Garden of the Gods). We got some great pics of these events as well as some awesome Greyson shots!

Birth Announcement

Hi all, Here is our official birth announcement! We went on many sites to try and find the perfect layout and font, but to no avail. So, Justin ended up making the announcement on his computer. Good work, Justin! And a special thanks to Carter for the picture, which he took with his fancy camera and close-up lens. Most of you got this...but here is a digital version too!

Justin's Birthday/Cute Greyson

This week was Justin's 28th birthday so we decided to pack up baby and go downtown to drink margaritas! We figured all first time parents do that...right? We had a great time getting out of the house and enjoying downtown. In addition to that, there are some new pics of Grey dog. Thanks for checking in.

Greyson's email

We got a great idea from a friend at work... hope you will participate!


As a way to collect snapshots in time for Greyson throughout his life, we created an email address for him. We plan on writing him emails from time to time describing what he is doing, what he likes, what is happening in our lives, and what is happening in the world.

The idea behind this is that it will end up creating a digital baby book without doing much work. We all write emails all the time, and most of the time they take only a few minutes to write. We plan on giving him the address and password for his high school graduation.

So here's what you can do: write him an email from time to time! Describe what is happening in your family, include a picture or two, or copy and paste a news article that you find interesting. All we ask is that you don't include links to websites since they probably won't be active in 18 years!

Easy chocolate zucchini bread

So, lately I have been really wanting sweet things as snacks (which is not normally like me- I guess Justin is rubbing off on me) so I decided to look up a recipe that might use a little bit of something healthy. This recipe is the easiest ever- seriously might be easier than a regular box cake mix recipe. And so yummy! I made cupcakes with it, not bread, but the cupcakes turned out amazing! Hope you like it.

Grandmas visit Greyson!

We were lucky enough to have both grandmas out to meet Greyson! They stayed for a whole week, and they didn't even fight over Greyson once :). We sent the week being very lazy and enjoying lots of good food! Thanks for coming out, grandmas, we know Greyson will never forget it!




Greyson surprised them by meeting them at the airport very early in the morning! Isn't that so nice that he made them a sign?
