Thanksgiving Happenings and What Nots

We had another great Thanksgiving up in Conifer again this year. It was our 6th time going to our friend Jen's aunt and uncle's house. They have a beautiful mountain home and always have tons to eat! Mary made the pies again this year! Grey enjoyed his second Thanksgiving, although like last year, he slept for most of the time again. Must be the food or excitement. Before our Thanksgiving break, Joe and Steph drove down to Denver and we went to the Lowry beer garden, their first time! Had some good beer, food and watched the Broncos win. Uncle Joe and Grey just happened to be wearing the same exact shirt...haha...different sizes though. It was a nice break from work and we had a great time!

 Eating a giant pretzel!

Mary made treat bags for Grey's friends at day care

The pecan was huge! Also it was the best she's ever made...seriously it was amazing!

The pie spread, with a fruit and pretzel Thanksgiving peacock

Grey's Thanksgiving outfit...he's a little unsure

BIG SURPRISE! Jen's Mom and Dad flew from Alpena and surprised everyone! So great to see them!

FOOD TIME! All of us enjoying our dinner their beautiful home.

We ended up getting up around 6am for black friday shopping. We did get some good deals on gifts, Mary got some new clothes, and completed our Seinfeld series!

Again, Grey wasn't too impressed with us getting up early

We thought it was appropriate for Grey to carve the Turkey too. I mean he seemed prepared.

Christmas lists

Here you go! As always, we want to say that we don't need ANY of these things. We have more than what we need in life, and we would be happy if you took your Christmas money to do something special with your kids, or to travel to see us. We would also love donations in our name to any of the charities we mentioned in the past years.

Every night

Grey wants to "help" the dogs eat dinner by sitting between them while they eat. Which makes Sam eat fast. Which makes him throw up. Then him and Sophie fight over who will eat the thrown up food while Grey yells, "uh oh uh oh!" Not fun. So now we hold him so he can't bother the dogs. You can tell how much he likes this new system.
