Grey and Garden...again

Here is our latest Grey and Garden update! Grey is changing so much! He talks a lot more, grabs at almost everything, and still loves to smile! He is the cutest little guy ever, but we may be partial. Our garden is completely planted, and everything is coming up great...even our squash! The only problem we are having are the night time critters. Our sugar snap peas are being eaten down almost daily, but Justin put up the trellis so hopefully that will help! Also, we think it's the squirrels, but sometimes we find our plants completely out of the ground, not eaten, not even damaged, just uprooted! So we end up planting things twice! Oh well, everything else is doing great and we are so happy with the results! Enjoy the pics...

Grey on a HOT day....sooo tired

Zoning out with Mr. Leggs

Our neighbor Laura gave us a whole bouquet of her peonies. They smelled SO sweet!!

More peonies

Bush beans pushing through... grow guys, grow!!

Click to enlarge... we have a visitor coming in the night to munch on our peas!!!!! They all used to have the spirally things like you see on the right side. To remedy this situation, we placed a trellis over them (they need it anyways) and placed our gaudy plastic flamingo nearby to guard them. I think it is working.

Some columbines that dad brought from Ohio - this was has SOOOOO many blossoms!! They love Colorado.

Typical weekday afternoon - we walked the gardens, walked to the grocery store, and came home to sit on the front porch while Grey finished his nap in the stroller.

Our gardens! Looking good, the tomtoms are very happy, as is the spinach. The basil also is loving life, and every other thing we planted is coming up, they are just kind of small now.

Tomato blossoms!!! This is a yellow cherry plant.

Hi Sammy and Sophie. We still love you.

I love the photo of Grey in his leggings with Mr. Leggs! I wish I had thought to put leggings on Drew when he was little. They are so cute. Your garden looks great, despite the sneaky pea eaters. :) We have mice eating fallen birdseed in ours--yuck!
