We had another great Thanksgiving up in Conifer again this year. It was our 6th time going to our friend Jen's aunt and uncle's house. They have a beautiful mountain home and always have tons to eat! Mary made the pies again this year! Grey enjoyed his second Thanksgiving, although like last year, he slept for most of the time again. Must be the food or excitement. Before our Thanksgiving break, Joe and Steph drove down to Denver and we went to the Lowry beer garden, their first time! Had some good beer, food and watched the Broncos win. Uncle Joe and Grey just happened to be wearing the same exact shirt...haha...different sizes though. It was a nice break from work and we had a great time!

The pecan was huge! Also it was the best she's ever made...seriously it was amazing!

BIG SURPRISE! Jen's Mom and Dad flew from Alpena and surprised everyone! So great to see them!

We ended up getting up around 6am for black friday shopping. We did get some good deals on gifts, Mary got some new clothes, and completed our Seinfeld series!
Again, Grey wasn't too impressed with us getting up early
We thought it was appropriate for Grey to carve the Turkey too. I mean he seemed prepared.

I love the matching shirts. The pies look amazing. And that looks like a wonderful Thanksgiving.
WOW pies (and peacock) :o) cute shirts, too!
Happy Thanksgiving! Mary, your pies look so good! I love the decorative edge of the pecan pie!
Thanks, guys! I love making special pies for the amazing Thanksgiving Aunt Jeje and Uncle George put on. It took us three years to convince them to let us bring something, and now it has become our little tradition!
