We had breaded eggplant with homemade pasta sauce, served over pasta, warm bread with dipping oil/balsamic, ribs on the grill with homemade BBQ sauce (courtesy of Jeff), Italian sausages, cheesy potatoes and salads. Whew! Here are some pics from tonight.
