Rehearsal and scavenger hunt day: Erica's wedding

Thursday officially started the wedding activities!! Joe and Steph planned an awesome scavenger hunt on Pearl St. We all had so much fun running around trying to find everything. And as a plus, our team won! Go team butterflies!

Erica's Bachelorette Party: Erica's wedding

Day 2 in Colorado was a celebration day: Erica's Bachelorette Party!
The party started at Woodhouse Day Spa on historic 17th Street in Denver.




Bears in bubble baths (in brownie tubs) for our spa themed day




All of the snack food, including stuffed cucumbers, cherry pastries, bear bubble baths, and fresh fruit.




The party favors- handmade sugar scrubs and lotions from Alpena




Before our spa time- the power went out in the building and it was quiet warm!

We then went to Watercourse restaurant (an all vegetarian restaurant) for yummy dinner and some drinks. Becky joined us for dinner and the rest of the night.




Finally, we ended the night at D Bar, a dessert restaurant. Here is a shot of some of the fancy desserts we enjoyed (everyone was nice and shared)

Muffin Tin Meal: letter B

The letter of the week is B, and I think I went a little too crazy on the Muffin Tin Meal this week. Maybe I need to go back to work...




Blue corn chips (with hunnus underneath), blueberry yogurt prezels, blueberry and acia juice, blueberries, blueberry shredded wheat, blueberry yogurt with blue sprinkles. I usually have a veggie too, but I don't think there's a blue veggie (blue potatoes maybe...?)

Colorado day 1: Erica's wedding

Tuesday of our trip, Grey and I went around Denver/Aurora and visited old friends. Then, we had dinner at Fate Brewery in Boulder. It was a great day, even though I ended the day feeling sad and missing our old life in Colorado.
